Introducci\u00f3n<\/h3><p data-start=\"458\" data-end=\"734\">En <strong data-start=\"461\" data-end=\"480\">CompuGames Per\u00fa<\/strong>, trabajamos para garantizar la satisfacci\u00f3n de nuestros clientes y la transparencia en cada compra.<br data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"583\" \/>Nuestra pol\u00edtica de devoluciones y reembolsos se ajusta a la legislaci\u00f3n peruana vigente en materia de comercio electr\u00f3nico y protecci\u00f3n al consumidor.<\/p><hr data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"739\" \/><h3 data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"769\">2. Productos Digitales<\/h3><p data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"994\">Los productos digitales (licencias de software, suscripciones, activaciones u otros c\u00f3digos electr\u00f3nicos) <strong data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"926\">no son susceptibles de devoluci\u00f3n ni reembolso<\/strong>, una vez entregados al cliente por correo electr\u00f3nico o WhatsApp.<\/p><p data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1173\">Esto se debe a que, al ser un contenido digital, su activaci\u00f3n es <strong data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1078\">irreversible<\/strong> y no puede ser \u201cdevuelta\u201d o reutilizada.<br data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1122\" \/>Sin embargo, se aplican las siguientes excepciones:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1567\"><li data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1407\"><p data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1407\">Si la <strong data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1238\">licencia presenta un error de activaci\u00f3n comprobado<\/strong>, y el cliente lo comunica dentro de las <strong data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1315\">48 horas posteriores a la compra<\/strong>, se verificar\u00e1 el caso y se enviar\u00e1 <strong data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1404\">una nueva licencia funcional sin costo adicional<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1567\"><p data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1567\">En caso de <strong data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1455\">error en el env\u00edo del producto<\/strong> (por ejemplo, licencia equivocada), se realizar\u00e1 el reemplazo inmediato tras la verificaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1572\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1574\" data-end=\"1600\">3. Productos F\u00edsicos<\/h3><p data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1744\">Para los productos f\u00edsicos (como laptops, accesorios o componentes de c\u00f3mputo), se aceptan devoluciones <strong data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1743\">\u00fanicamente en los siguientes casos<\/strong>:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1746\" data-end=\"1843\"><li data-start=\"1746\" data-end=\"1788\"><p data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"1788\">El producto lleg\u00f3 da\u00f1ado o defectuoso.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"1843\"><p data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1843\">El art\u00edculo recibido no corresponde al solicitado.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"2183\">Para iniciar una solicitud de devoluci\u00f3n, el cliente debe comunicarse con nuestro equipo de soporte dentro de las <strong data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"2009\">48 horas posteriores a la recepci\u00f3n del pedido<\/strong>, enviando fotos o videos que evidencien el inconveniente.<br data-start=\"2067\" data-end=\"2070\" \/>El producto deber\u00e1 devolverse en su <strong data-start=\"2106\" data-end=\"2126\">empaque original<\/strong>, sin signos de uso y con todos los accesorios incluidos.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2185\" data-end=\"2188\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2190\" data-end=\"2220\">4. Condiciones Generales<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2723\"><li data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2358\"><p data-start=\"2223\" data-end=\"2358\">No se aceptan devoluciones por <strong data-start=\"2254\" data-end=\"2303\">error del cliente en la elecci\u00f3n del producto<\/strong>, especialmente en licencias digitales ya entregadas.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2550\"><p data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2550\">En caso de que un reembolso sea procedente, este se procesar\u00e1 por el <strong data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2463\">mismo medio de pago utilizado<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de <strong data-start=\"2477\" data-end=\"2493\">Mercado Pago<\/strong>, dentro de un plazo m\u00e1ximo de <strong data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2547\">5 a 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2551\" data-end=\"2723\"><p data-start=\"2553\" data-end=\"2723\">En el caso de productos f\u00edsicos, el costo de env\u00edo de la devoluci\u00f3n correr\u00e1 por cuenta del cliente, salvo que se trate de un error o defecto atribuible a CompuGames Per\u00fa.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2725\" data-end=\"2728\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2730\" data-end=\"2748\">5. Garant\u00edas<\/h3><p data-start=\"2749\" data-end=\"3088\">Los productos comercializados por CompuGames Per\u00fa cuentan con garant\u00eda de <strong data-start=\"2823\" data-end=\"2856\">originalidad y funcionamiento<\/strong>, respaldados por los proveedores oficiales.<br data-start=\"2900\" data-end=\"2903\" \/>Cualquier inconveniente posterior al uso o instalaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 comunicarse a trav\u00e9s de nuestros canales de soporte para ofrecer asistencia o gesti\u00f3n con el fabricante, seg\u00fan corresponda.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3090\" data-end=\"3093\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3154\">6.
